Karin Helms, Paris (Paris, 1963). With a diploma in landscape architecture from the Gembloux school in Belgium, from 1992 to 2002 she managed the private study Karin Helms, Paysagiste Sarl in Paris. She has been department, project and office director of the International office at the ENSP (Ecole nationale supérieure du Paysage de Versailles), where she is currently teaching. In charge of the Marseilles Ecole nationale supérieure du paysage international relationships, she has participated in several workshops, conferences and been on the panel of judges in various schools (Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Harvard, London, etc.). She has directed La Feuille du Paysage, the magazine of the French association of landscapists and has carried out the role of Secretary General for the EFLA / FEAP (European Federation for Landscape Architecture). She has been the APCE (association des paysagistes conseils de l’Etat) president since 2009. In addition, she has collaborated with several landscape architecture studies and since 2007 she has been a landscape consultant for private individuals and public bodies.
