Jean-Michel Landecy, Geneva. He attended the School of Fine Arts in Marseille- Luminy and the School of Architecture Belleville in Paris, where he graduated in 1990. His activity is orientated toward three sectors: architectural projects conception, urban landscape photography, university teaching. Winner of the architectural competition for the Jeantet Foundation in Geneva, his atelier (Domino architectes) received the Interassar 2000 prize for the realization of the Foundation’s auditorium and gardens, featured in many international publications. In 2003 Landecy funded the Territory observatory, a research platform based on the study of urban and territorial spaces evolution and development. Related to le Corbusier’s work we recollect two photographic exhibitions: “Living in Chandigarh” at the Pavillon de l’Arsenal in Paris and “Le Corbusier and photography” (published by Phaidon, 2012). Landecy at present teaches in the department of Architecture, Mass Media, “L’Observatoire du Territoire”, at the Federal Polytechnic Institute in Lausanne and, from 2002 to 2009, is professor at the School of Architecture in Alghero.
